Dr. Kevin W. Brown is an educator in the Greater Chicago area with over 25 years of teaching experience in North Chicago, Waukegan, Racine, and the suburbs. He currently teaches Social Problems and Deviant Behavior at Oakton College. He also researches poverty, trauma, and social justice. His work has been featured in academic articles and community forums, and his passion lies in addressing the intersections of race, class, and gender in American society.
